We have had the real estate agents(Shanne Munns, Andy Birchtold) walk through our house and make final suggestions on touch ups and give us seller's tips. Among those tips, was to put shutters on the windows and paint the door the same color. I got on a Sherwin-Williams color visualizer site and uploaded a pic of my house and experimented a little with color. Here is what I found:ROCKWOOD RED,
or GARDEN SPOT GREEN? That is the question.
We will be officially listing in 2 weeks, and our home will be open to the realitor's parade of homes home show on the following wednesday thereafter! I have never sold a home before, so this is all a grand adventure to me.
I have to say that I am very excited to be moving on to the next project, the new house will be full of them I'm sure.
There will be new possibilities to explore, and a lot more space outside to enjoy! We have learned and grown so much in this house. At times this is all a little bittersweet, but Adventure is calling, and I must answer that call! ;)

If it's between red and green, I'll go with the green. Of course dad likes the red, so you don't get too far with our comments. Whatever is in style now seems good because the new owner can always paint it different later or take the shutters down completely. I would like some multi-colored flowers in the front too. Maybe I'll bring some up to plant to see if you like it.
